Boiler problems!

Yes we're going to remove stopcock. The radiator heating return goes straight into actuator on left so nothing attached to that. There is no return for hot water and wasn't aware there should be? There is only 3 pipes. 2 out of boiler one being heating out and the other goes to pump-actuator-hot water coming out of right of actuator.

It is getting a little clearer now. I am going to book a plumber but my issue is I have had 4 so far. The last was just replacing the pipes already there on a working system! The pipes ran through the ceiling and I had a re roof and they we're put under the floor.

All you need is just one competent person.

Why did the one who replaced the pipes continue to get it working?

Why dont you put your location in your profile so we can see where you are and perhaps suggest someone who can help you?
