Hi. my boiler keeps loosing pressure all the time. and the little pipe that is out side is dripping. what could it be. I red that it can be pressure vessel or pressure valve but witch one it is. it is getting cold in here. I would get a specialist but I dont get payd till next month so I am hoping to do this as cheap as possible

It can be a combination of both the parts you refer to. The exp vessel needs to be checked for its primary charge and rectified if found to be low. See FAQ's. Do that first. If it is just a PRV passing then just replace it.
