Boiler Service Warranty

Hello. We had a Glow Worm Energy 7 boiler fitted on the 9th January 2023. We have a 10 year warranty providing it is serviced annually.

Could someone tell me what annually means with regards to the service please?

Does it mean 9th Jan 2023 - 9th Jan 2024 is classed as one year, so the boiler needs servicing between 9th Jan 2024 and the 9th Jan 2025?

Or does it mean the boiler should have been serviced between the 9th Jan 2023 and the 9th Jan 2024 even though it was only fitted on the 9th Jan 2023?

Needs servicing every 12 months its over due now
Get it done some boiler manufacturers are only too happy to invalidate warranty if servicing not done on time.

get Glow worm to service it and they will reinstate the warranty

manufacturers usually give a 3 or 4 week leeway but just ask the guy to put last months date in the book
