Boiler sounds like a tuba at startup.

I thought problem was pressure tank but replaced faulty (and full) one and still get rising tuba note (D flat I think) just after the gas fires up. Works fine just horn section throughout the house.
 
Make and model of boiler would be useful, but I'd guess at a combustion issue. Time to call in a pro
 
As @muggles says, if you have a condensing boiler what you have is called resonating, you can not sort this yourself, needs expensive equipment and an experienced engineer, depending on the boiler make and model might need more
