Oil Boiler is a Danesmoor 15/19
For a few days now, and only intermittently, when the boiler has been off for a few hours and then turned on there is sometimes a noticeable rattling/oscillating sound. This last for a few minutes then stops. There's nothing obviously physically loose under the cover, no cables rattling, etc - and if there was why would the noise stop after a few minutes and be intermittent?
Likely causes of this are, I would assume, the pump inside the boiler (which was replaced within the past year) or the motor. Or is there anything else it could be?
There's two sound files attached to this message inside a winrar zip file - file number 1 is the main noise just after startup, number 2 file is when the sound has just about stopped.
Thanks
