BOILER TEMPERATURE

I have oil central heating, the boiler is outside inside a small house, there is a temperature gauge on the top of the boiler, so what i would like to know is what should the temperature be set to?

The Thermostat is either a FROST Thermostat which should be set a about 5'c

Or it is the boiler control Thermostat which should be set at about 75'c

if you post a picture I will tell you which it is
