Hi all, we just moved in and I noticed I have 0.6 bar boiler pressure, and that 0.4 bar will result in an F.22 fault. I have seen a number of videos and threads about refilling it, however looking at my system I don't even know what I am looking at. Can someone advise? I think I need to remove another cover and possibly buy a filling loop. 3 images enclosed, the boiler is in a kitchen unit with restricted space below. I am not a plumber but have done a fair bit of DIY including boiler refilling in previous houses.. thanks for comments!

Your boiler is a system boiler, looks like a 637, the filling loop will be remote from the boiler have a look near the hot water cylinder as thats normally where you will find it.

Thanks for that.. I enclose a photo of the pipework near the HWC as you suggest, is the filling loop the flexible pipe.. ie I would open the black finger valve and the hex valve and close when gas boiler hits 1.6 bar?
Also the top gauge reads 1 bar and the lower gauge is off the scale.. should I be worried?

Just open the black valve till you get 1.5 Bar at the top guage (it may be stuck though ) the lower guage is the presssure of your incoming water main, it looks faulty but you dont really need it so just forget it is there, leave the hex valve as you call it alone it is a non-return valve and nothing on there to concern you

And turn your immersion heater off, you only need that as back up when the boiler fails.
