No hot water in tank or radiators so I checked the boiler - no pilot light. I tried to re-light but no luck. I checked the timer control and noticed the clock had stopped. After checking the power I found a breaker had tripped, I switched it back on and the timer is now running again. The pilot light re-lit first time, but the boiler will not fire up. I set the controller to "constant" and moved the thermostat down, still nothing. I can hear a wurring noise which I guess is the pump. So, what has failed ? is it the timer/control or maybe the pump ? The "wurring" noise stops/starts as I switch the timer/control from off to constant, so does this mean that it is OK, or could it still be at fault. Any easy way to check. Thanks
