Boiler wont light

Hello,
Power cut today and as usual hooked up genny to house. All went fine then fuses blew on heating after a few hours.......... Traced fault to heating controller. Ive replaced and will check genny output later...
Trianco Eurostqar boiler not now firing. Runs on air, then can hear 2nd stage, then locks out. Any suggestions?

runs on air? do you mean motor runs but dont ignite? as it was electrical what about control box.
do you get a spark ignition

does it have an exterior oil solenoid that requires a manual reset?
does it have an air proving switch?

OK, thanks for these.............
It runs, now that control timer removed / by passed and new one arriving today. The motor/fan runs but no ignition acheived then lock out kicks in..... is what I meant to say. Would prefer to use an expert heating and vent type to fix but it is difficult to get one who can attend in less than 2 weeks..............
