Hi Guys

Really need you advises on this.

I have recently moved into a new flat and it has a Patterton Netaheat Electric boiler.

It has no problem getting the pilot light lit, however each time it would stay lit for few minuites then gets cut off automaticly. When it's cut off, the boiler feels quite hot which I guss it was overheated.

With this problem I have not hot water and heating....so any help would be appreciated!!

Cheers

Joe

could be a simple fix possibly pump

however

the potterton netaheat is one of the worst boilers known to man
is your house rented or owned? you need to have it checked/serviced as these boilers are notorious for having a poor casing seal, when the casing seal has perished there is a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Please contact an engineer or your landlord to have this checked
