hi having problems with my sisters boiler the power is coming on and the pump is running no hot water or heating and there is no power running to the fan from the circuit board does the board need replacing

yeah stick a board in. it'll work no problem.

to test fan you need to go into the comb chamber - if you do this you need to be on the gas safe registered -so surely you know how to test the fan ??
just pointing this out as this is a safety issue .

i think the pump proving switch that is connected to the overheat pressure switch through the thermistor thingmabob, about three of them should do it

Could be the draft inducing AC motor needs degaussing.

It'll be the fuffle valve not allowing the giggle pin to retract correctly. Happens a lot on boilers.
