If the boiler will not start when all switches are on then you need to get expert help as these boilers are not for DIY repair.
rgi job even more so postive pressure boiler, more chance than standard boiler if you make a mistake that you will kill your self
also ask how much they charge to diagnose, as maybe worth replaceing due to this.
