anyone else ****ed off with this pop up annoyance?

seems to be placed in just the right place to **** me off by popping up and obscuring text.

Look in the left hand column, just above author.

I see no pop-up? What browser do you use? I'm on Firefox and have no problem. There's just a little icon which has the various bookmarking sites on it....
