Hi

I recently moved into a new property and replaced a very old electric hob with a Bosch Ceramic one.

The problem I have is that only one side (the left) works.

The right side controls work but no heat goes to it

I have a single E, L and N coming in to it and the connectors look like the image attached.

Can anyone advise why it isn't working and where I should try the wires.

I have tried the live in the three options on the left, in the first (furthest left nothing works at all) in the second and third the left hand side heats up but the right doesn't (controls work)

I have tried the neutral wire in both the 4th and 5th slots but still on the left hand side works.

Note the image is from a neff hob but my Bosch one is exactly the same.

Any ideas?

Thank you

J

Use the make and model number to goole and find your instalation instructions and see which connector the wiring and shorting strip should be connected to for UK use.
