Our Bosch Classixx1200 washing machine motor has been run until the brass pegs in the brushes has milled the commutator segements. Wish I had looked at the brushes the moment she mentioned the hiss .

I have turned and undercut the segments but would like to test the motor out as it still trips the fuse on start up.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for these motors ??
Or any other testing info .??

no wireing for these moters just replace it , you can unplug moter and run mc to make sure it dont trip .if it does trip with motor unpluged its not the motor .

Thanks, But I have already tried that and confirmed it is the motor.
What I really wanted was a drawing of where the terminals are connected with regards to stator and rotor windings so I could repair.
The rotor probably suffered a sort accross two commutator segments when the carbon brush brass pin passed across them.

Regards
Charlie
