Bosch Classixx dishwasher not running

Hi Can anyone help . I have a Bosch Classixx DW slimline and a friend reset it as it was not running, putting in water etc. It worked 2x but nothing. Could it be the inlet valve as he thinks? There is no blockage and no water left in bottom filter. The rotor arms are also not blocked.
Anyone any ideas....
