Have the above a Classix model I think. Noticed recently that there is no hot water during cycle, this is a cold water supply only model. I read that the biggest issue with these is the heater relay behind the front panel failing. I checked the pcb where the relay is located, but it looks brand new, no sign of burning or dodgy soldering joints anywhere. So question is could it still be the pcb or is it more likely to be the heater element? Any advice greatly appreciated before calling out the engineer!

Just gone to have another look and now I have no fecking water in the thing at all! A continuous whirring noise and the check water light on... But no water coming out...
