Bosch Dishwasher Not Heating SGS4012GB

I have a Bosch dishwasher that has stopped heating the water and drying the dishes. I have checked the heater element and it is about 25ohms which sounds about right. The microswitch on the heater element is switching connecting the live side of the element but there isn't 240V across the element. I can't find a circuit diagram anywhere. Does anyone know where the neutral wire comes from? Does it go through the thermostat and can that be purchased separately or is it part of the "Heather Assembly"?
