Am new to this forum so not sure of this is the right place to post.
Have the am model that the exit pump keeps pumping and wont stop.
Have read various items on the web ref float switches and removing the LH panel, but it seems this does not have the visible float switch to clean / rest.
The white matrix look as if it is blocked but don't know how to remove it and don't want to try for the fear of breaking something. So am I looking at the right thing ref resetting the float valve etc and / or how do I remove the matrix,
