Bosch Dishwasher - trouble removing kickplate

Hi,

I have a Bosch Dishwasher which needs the water inlet valve replacing. Unfortunately, I can't get the kickplate off! Any advice?

It has two screws, one either side. I have removed these. The plastic facia of the kickplate unclips, this is now removed. I am left with a piece that spans the whole width of the washer, and goes back about 3 inched down each side. It slides forward about an inch, and then stops.

Help!
