bosch exxcel 1200 washing machine

i have this waching machine for the pass 3 years. now i notace it very little water coming. it hardly soak in the water. some time i have to put some extra water in the trea to make it enough to wash the clouths. could any one know how to increase the amount of water coming to the machine.
