Bosch Exxcel 1200?

Where can I get a schematic drawing for the main board on the Bosch Exxcel 1200?

My machine has started giving problems over the last few weeks.
Its got noisy during spins & last week I had to put the belt back on.
It was quiet for a while, but the noise came back then the thing just died - no power on the main board - no LEDs.

Have checked the power on the cable up to the board - all OK.

Have taken board out & theres carbon on the plastic membrane sheet as if something has blown.
Wouldn't mind having a go at fixing it.

Even trade can not get the board schematics usually so dont hold your breath

It can be awkward to get even the machine wiring diagrams sometimes for us and they can cost money to get from manufacturers.
