Bosch Exxcel 1200b Express will not drain or spin

Hi
I need help!!!!! My Bosch washing will not drain or spin on any temperature programme. The programme runs down to 1 then just keeps on washing. If you select the manual rinse/refresh it will then drain, rinse, then spin ok. Any ideas please

Sounds like a classic heater fault.
Check the element, NTC, & wiring. Plenty of posts on the forum covering this issue, try using the search function.
