Hi, am having major problems with this annoying washing machine. I have figured out that it is a draining fault and drained the excess water with the little hose but can not get the pump cover off. It only turns 45 degrees and is totally stuck even turning it on it's side has not loosened it. Any idea how i can get it off to clean out the filter? Or how to get the motor and the pump off? Help please!!!
