Bosch fridge freezer Kgv 36x10gb/03

Pls help with advice.
Freezer is working.
Fridge sections top level and level 2 is cold. Level 3 is warm.
Level 4 is just cold.
What can i do pls?
Have defrosted once and situation improved but level 3 still warm.
