Indesit frost free fridge freezer

I have an indesit frost free fridge freezer. The freezer is freezing ok but the fridge seems not to be very cold. Cold air is coming out of the vents at the top of the freezer section nut above it the surrounding plastic seems quite warm. Ive just turned it off for a while to defrost but it's still doesnt seem right. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated
