Bosch logixx - won't reset

Hi - Can you help me please?

I have a Bosch Logixx SGS69A02GB/21. The Display is constantly on 188 with the salt and rinse aid signs showing. I have tried resetting by disconnecting the control box hoping to reset it to the factory default and then turned it on whilst keeping the buttons 2,3,4,5 depressed (on RHS of 6 buttons). The pump seems to be permenantly engaged whenever the machine is on. Any further suggestions?

Check the base of the machine for water, (remove the lid and rhs panel)
Sounds like the flood protection may be operating. I have found that the sump to pump seal starts leaking after a few years on these machines.
