Bosch Oven HBS573BS0B/25 Element Screw Bush

Hi all,
I'm trying to fit a new grill element in the above model oven and the screw that holds the front of the element to the oven ceiling has seized and snapped. I have removed the threaded bush with half a screw still in it, but cannot seem to find a new Bosch part to replace it with? Anyone come across this problem before? Is there a universal bush/screw kit available anywhere? Or do I have to get a new appliance! Thanks in advance...

Some pics might help. sounds like an out of the ordinary question. Perhaps someone can help remove the old screw.

I don't see how this is possible, I can't access the top of the hole. It's a pyrolytic oven which is double skinned so any fixing mechanism will have to be inserted from inside the oven.
