When selecting any program the dryer always stops after exactly 3 minutes. Having checked all filters, moister sensor, compressor, door switch still cant make it run. Any idea you clever people. thanks.....
I have a very old bosch on the blink. It stops randomly on cold start. The heater thermostat measured bad. I replaced that and still had no luck. I get it to restart by repeated pressing the start button. Sometimes, power cycling then repeated pressing the start button worked. Sometimes, changing to a different programmed and repeated pressing the start button worked. Once warmed up, it carried on as normal.
The model number is:WTR85V21GB. Yes the drum spins. Nothing gets hot. No error codes just shows "END" on the display then it stops.
Tried multiple time on various prgrams ie. warm and cold start... always stops after 3 mins.... Its doing my head in.....I promised the wife I could fix it.....need the browny points......
I would agree with the above - no heat, likely the element has failed, or the temperature sensor, possibly it is sensing the clothes as being dry if it has such a sensor, so it is calling the task completed.
Thanks for the manual Harry. The Wife (boss) tells me the heater element works on "Time Programme warm". Just checked this and it does.
A revision to the fault as stated about.......On " Time programme warm" or "Timed programme cold" the machine will Run....ie not shut down after 3mins. I missed this... The above still stands.. As you say Harry, its suggesting the machine thinks every thing is dry. I have remove the moister sensor ( its only two strips of metal) and cleaned.....any other ideas????????
