Bosch Washer Door

I have a Bosh Washing Machine less than 3 year old, a Black WAE244B1GB.
The silver plastic on the door has badly cracked, and the door has dropped slightly - there has been no misuse of the door at all. Is there a repair for this, or where could I get a replacement door for it? If I can, are they easy to fit?
Or would I be better of calling Bosch and telling them for a machine of this cost, the door should perform better than this?

The door breaks down into inner,outer,glass etc.

I guess I could replace it without taking the machine out and removing the front?

Where could I get one from? Looked all the net and no joy.

Would I have any claim against Bosch?

I doubt if Bosch will help after 3 years,which specific part do you need?
