I just had an issue with my seven year old Bosch exxcel maxx washing machine where it started to leak. I fixed it by reinserting the black rubber plug at the back of the drum. I've now turned on the washing machine and the barrel is making a whirring sound, really loud when spinning. If I turn the barrel with my hands I can hear the whirring sound, what could be the issue here?
