Bosch WFE 2021 Problem

Hi hope someone can help

I have a Bosch WFE2021. The On/Off light comes on and the door locks but none of the other lights come on including the Start light or digital display. After turning the On/Off switch off the door unlocks in the normal way. Is this something inexpensive like a fuse or am I looking at a new main board do you think? Any suggestions? Thanks

Ok, I'm told it's the main control board by a neighbour who's opened it up. He says he can see where it's blown. Any ideas how much one of these would cost and a good site to order it from? The model number he gave me is wfe2021gb/01

Ok thanks. At £200 me thinks a new washing machine needs to be ordered. Anyone got any suggestions? Should I stick with bosch (my budget is about £300). I know they've build quality is good. Anyone got any thoughts on LG's? I see the direct drive system has a 10 year guarantee. Do they have a good reputation for reliability?
