Bosch WFF 1201 motor not turning

The machine goes through the cycle fine lets the water in advances through the program and pumps the water out. The motor doesn't move at all though. The brushes are new. Could it be the capacitor? Please help!

if your machine has brushes it wont have a capacitor. must test motor. probably the comm burnt. if so you need new motor
