We have just moved house and our plumber friend installed our washing machine. Ran fine for two washes but now just clicks rounds the wash cycle and ends itself with no washing having been done. Then the pre-wash light starts flashing (despite not having been on when cycle was started).
I have tried unplugging it for a day to see if it might "reset" itself, but that made no difference.
I'm loathed to call someone out as I'm hoping its a simple issue.
Can anyone please help?
