bosch wff1201 washing machine

The water is not draining out every time. Sometimes the soapy water does not drain and the clothes end up still soapy and other times the end rinse does not drain so that it will not spin. Any ideas?

If it's an intermittant problem then you probably need a anew pump. Especially on a machine of this age.
