Our Bosch WVH28360GB washer-dryer short-circuited yesterday while drying and now I cannot open it because every time I try to turn any program on in order to open the drum it short-circuits again.
Anything I can do to get it open in order to get the clothes out while I am investigating whether to repair it or to replace as it has been nothing but trouble for us. Thanks.
