Hi,

Am doing a wet room. Soil pipe for toilet has been run. I'm planning on connecting the shower and basin waste to this pipe using a boss strap fitting.

Is it OK to bury the boss trap connections once they have been made?

Will this be ok with BC?

Thanks.

It's not ideal practise but BC unlikely to object IMO. Could always upsize to 50mm.

It's testable (air or, in extremis, water), though round my way you'd struggle to find a BCO who understood air testing of a stack.

Country's gone to the dogs.
