Boxing pipework

Hi

I have pipework that runs low along behind the toilet and sink. Is it best to box this in before floor and wall tiling or after ? The boxing will not be tiled

I'd do it after and finish with a nice trim if required. You never know when you may need t o get at the pipework and, if it is tiled up to from the floor and wall side, you may damage the tiling when removing the box.
