Getting a reroof done and need some recommendations for breathable membrane. Budget is about £170

I don't want to get this wrong, as I have heard stories about some membranes 'not performing as expected' and that one should go for "Air and vapour permeable membranes'.

Or am I overthinking all of this and will breathable membrane from Toolstation like this work just fine?

Proctor Roofshield or Klober Permo Forte.

Don't forget the eaves vents irrespective of the membrane.

Any BBA certified membrane will do, the cheaper the better. Spend the rest of the allowance on building up the ceiling insulation to 500mm or so to keep the roofspace cold and humidity down.

be Aware cheap ones maybe be tempting but will not keep you totally dry during the works.
