Hi
I'm going to ask somebody to build me an office/gym at the bottom of our garden. It will be approx 6m x 3.5m.
I would prefer breeze block to a log cabin as its more fire proof I think but I'm wondering would it need to be double skin to be warm enough to sit in all day in winter?
I'm guessing the double skin would have some kind of foam in the cavity.
Or could I get away with a single skin of breeze block with multifoil or kingspan on the inside, and then plaster board?
I think single skin would be quicker and cheaper to build, and give more internal floor space, but not sure if it will get a bit chilly. Also will damp get inside if it is single skin?
thanks in advance for any wisdom shared
