Hello. Ive tried my hand at bricklaying. Unfortunatly the surface was on a slope. Is there any way i can rectify this? Im think if i now do a thin layer of mortar on the left and thicker on the right. But it means the mortar will be around 40mm thick on the right? But this would then be level. Im concerned how strong the wall will be. The first 2 course will be covered with top soil once the grass has been leveled off. Any advice would be great

You start with a level surface, But you can cut the bricks to keep the first row level. You need to remove that first row( looks like a snake) and buy a brick line. You build up both ends then infill between the ends.
Maybe watch a YouTube video on how too.

As foxhole says you need to get your footing or 1sr course level. I would try and get some flags or pavers of the thicknes you need as I suspect those bricks might collapse if you tried to cut them
