Brickwork below ground level is wet

Hi all, I have moved into a new built house for 6 months. Recently I find that the brickworks below in-house ground level is very wet and now it becomes something like snow.

This is the picture that taken from my driveway. I can see something similar in some of my nearby houses but not all. But I am the worst I think I am the most worst house.

Is it something that I need to worry about? Anything wrong with the DPC? If I report the issue to the developer, what is the works that I expect they have to do? I am totally new to those building things. Your advice will be much appreciate.

Nothing to worry about, it’s just salts leaching out from the wet brickwork fine as long as it stays below the DPC.

I wonder why there is a cavity weep vent every 2 bricks above the DPC - Is it just for venting the cavity, or is there a cavity tray there.

When you say "ground" I think you mean "internal floor level"

The ground is wet, so anything in it will be wet too.

that's right. It's below internal floor level.

If it's below the floor, below the floor's DPM, and below tbe DPC in the wall, it won't matter. If the damp affects the interior of the house, there is a fault.

It will probably dry up in a year or so. If not, there may be a source of water such as a drain leak

You can clean off the efflorescence with a dry brush. Don't try to wash it off with water, which will make it worse.
