    They were told that that model of server is obsolete and you can't get the spare parts so it would be best to install new servers, which would be much more efficient.

    Then their engineers unplugged the servers, cut off the mains cables and stuck "PAT test failed" stickers on them :rolleyes:

    What advice are you seeking?

    Does your heating go off when the website goes down? (that could be a weird wiring fault)
