Britony Combi 80 noisey

Hi, wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

My Britony combi 80 boiler makes a groaning sound every 20 to 30 seconds when the shower is running (sounds like an aeroplane flying over). Its fine with the CH running and it doesn't happen when I turn a hot tap on, just when the shower is on upstairs.

I was last serviced about 12 months ago.
