Hi
I have a britony combi 80 and it fires up for a few seconds then cuts out continously on both the hot water and central heating
any help with what the problem could be would be much appreciated

yeah remove front cover, flap control panel down, you'll see two purple wires connected to a thermistor on the left, disconect these and attach to where the two green wires go (another thermistor) which is further back and little to the right, you can leave the green wires disconnected

do this and tell me what happens now when you fire the boiler up

thanks for your reply,i done what you said but the boiler wouldn't fire up so i put them back and everything seems to working fine now.i dont know if this is just temporary but thanks for your help

I would check the flow swithces on both dhw and C/h as they are a real BITCH
