Broke my little boys ps4

So while trying to disassemble it to clean dust there was a connector that was stubborn. I cleverly pulled it and both sides of the connector came away. . I'll add photos. Is there anything can be done? He's very sad.
The connector is the white thing. The little green square below is where it used to be attached.

Think you'll be looking at getting another off Marketplace, probably looking at about £50+, or CEX from about £90 but you do get a pretty year warranty on that and they're pretty good at honouring their warranties. Deal with your local store if you can rather than online as their online service is a bit slow. Hope his saves etc were backed up, as I learnt to my own peril once!

Yeah, might have to bite the bullet and geta ps5 second hand. All his friends have them which is annoying.

Could be fortuitous for your boy then, I'd go the CEX route myself. But factor in that games for the PS5 are still pretty expensive, even secondhand. It's what's put me off so far.
