broken roller blind -- missing part

Hello guys,

I have an annoying problem of a broken roller blind in my house. There used to be a plastic cylinder holder attaching one end of the tube with the part on the window frame (see pics attached) which was broken. I tried to find a replacement online, but couldn't find anything that can match the inner diameter of the tube (about 3.8mm). What makes it more difficult is the tube is about 3m long, thus not easy to get rid of it. Anyone can recommend a place to look for replacement? Or I have to replace the tube as well?
