Brush or Roller?

Just a quick question.

Going home tonight to seal a newly skim plaster ceiling with diluted PVA mix.

Can I apply this with a roller? or do I need to go in past B&Q (again) to buy a brush?

...and a quick answer. Harris 12" medium roller on extension pole; don't mess about on a pair of step ladders.

if you are painting the ceiling,just paint direct on with dwp matt emulsion.no need for sealing.its what its designed for
