Hi, I have a buderus 500 combi boiler.
The problem is if you have a shower and then someone else tries to have one 10 mins later the boiler will not fire up.
sometimes it attempts to then shuts down a few seconds later. The central heating will also not fire up the system when in this fault condition. The boiler recognises that you have turned on a tap or the heating.
If i reset the boiler a few times it fires up and works normally.
There is no fault code shown when this happens.
So far i have drained and flushed the boiler, flushed and de-scaled the DHW heat exchanger, cleaned the 3 way valve, checked 3 way valve motor works ok, cleaned and re-filled the condensate bottles, cleaned the fan air pipes, checked all wires are tight and connected.
If you have a shower and then someone else has one 2 mins later all works fine. Just seems to be if you dont operate anything for 10 mins or so after showering that the problem exists.
Any ideas?
