does anyone know what a buildg regs certificate (following building notice appl'n) actually includes? Does it state all the work items in detail or does it go along the lines of "all works within the application are satisfactory to Building Control" etc etc without mentioning the specific work items.
The reason for the question is that i am renovating a house which obviously leads to a number of items requiring Bldg regs. If I were to miss one or do something additional following the completion certificate, would this be picked up on by an evential buyer of the property.
